Christmas Chic. London.

WELL HELLO LOVELY READER! Welcome to my newly updated blog! I hope you like the new layout, I am SUPER in love with it and I hope you love it too!! I hope you are all having a splendid day so far and are feeling super festive and ready for CHRISTMAAAAS!! TWELVE SLEEPS BABYYYY! Oh yes. Very excited. Very. Excited. Indeed.

SO! in today’s post I wanted to share with you some snaps from my recent trip into London. I actually had to go in for a super boring chore BUT afterwards I had the whole afternoon to meander aimlessly through town, so camera in hand, that is exactly what I did! I stumbled upon the CUTEST christmas set up in the Chelsea Gardener in which I was absolutely in my element! Isn’t it just the best when all the shops just transform into magical grotto’s with all their christmas displays? Just glitter and fairy lights and pine cones everywhere!! That’s definitely a Ross Geller moment right there, see a pine cone on the ground? no big deal. See a pine cone at christmas, showered in glitter? and suddenly ‘I WANT, I WANT THE PINE CONE!!’ – if you know what i’m talking about I like you a lot, let’s be friends.. Anyway the point is, I am a MASSIVE sucker for all things Christmas!!

I absolutely love going into London, I love living in the little countryside town that I do, but I get so excited by the buzz of London! Walking round Chelsea, as I did on my afternoon, fabulous looking houses are a given, but the lights and decorations of the season just added another level of wow factor! Of course I had to have a peak down Bywater street, and the pastel colored terrace houses adorned with their seasonal wreaths? I mean.. Lifestyle goals right there!

So here are a selection of my favorite snaps of the day! I hope they make you feel festive and christmassy and lovely and I will be back again very soon! As always if you have read this far down and are still with me then I thank you so much! I really hope you have enjoyed this post be sure to leave me a comment if you fancy and lets be friends!

Much love and christmas wishes,

Lottie x x

My Mum used to always buy sugared almonds at Christmas. They’re definitely special as a Christmas treat and just look SO beautiful in little dishes on the table, like little jewels I always think!
